Why not just a screenshot?

Because it proves nothing: a screenshot can be fabricated or retouched in two clicks, and courts know it. The French standard for online evidence, made operational.

The NF Z67-147 standard defines the reference protocol for building digital evidence on the internet: a neutral, audited capture environment, reliable timestamping and full traceability. BlockProve applies this protocol automatically, step by step — and adds eIDAS qualified timestamping (RFC 3161; qualified timestamping under Articles 41 and 42 of the regulation) and blockchain immutability.

The process in 3 steps

Step 1

Capture environment audit

Before any browsing, BlockProve automatically audits the capture workstation — a key requirement of the NF Z67-147 standard: proving the report was made in a neutral, unmanipulated environment. The audit report is embedded in the final proof and visible in the exported certificate.

Browsing and captures

A secure browser is embedded directly in BlockProve. Browse normally and capture as many pages as needed — each capture joins a visual timeline with thumbnails, building a multi-page file: homepage + product page + legal notices + evidence of the dispute.

Automatically recorded for every captured page:

  • The full URL of the page
  • A high-resolution screenshot (PNG)
  • The complete HTML source code, as rendered — verifiable line by line
  • The DNS resolution: the domain genuinely points to the server hosting the page
  • The precise UTC timestamp of each individual capture
  • The browser User-Agent, as seen by the remote server

Cryptographic sealing and blockchain anchoring

Give your report a title and click “Finalize the attestation”: BlockProve automatically chains five operations.

    Structured ZIP archive
    Screenshots, source code and metadata are bundled into a single archive.

    AES-256-GCM encryption
    Key derived from your BIP-39 mnemonic phrase (Argon2id). Only you can decrypt your report — not even BlockProve (zero-access encryption).

  3. 3

    CRYSTALS-Dilithium-5 signature
    The SHA-256 fingerprint of the archive is signed post-quantum: any later alteration would be immediately detectable.

    eIDAS qualified timestamp
    An RFC 3161 token is issued by a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). This date has legal value across the European Union.

  5. 5

    Anchoring on the Arweave blockchain
    The sealed archive is engraved permanently and immutably. The generated TXID can be verified by anyone in the world, forever.
